Coffee:
4 tbsp ground Vietnamese coffee
1 cup hot water _____
Coconut slushy:
6 tbps coconut cream
5 tbps condensed milk
2 cups of ice
Let's do this!
Instructions:
Start by brewing a strong cup of Vietnamese coffee with a Phin or other method
Chill the coffee in the fridge before making the coconut slushy. (TIP: Shaken quickly with ice and pour out - be careful not to dilute the coffee, we want our coffee to be strong!)
Combine the coconut cream, condensed milk, ice and blend until it is thick and fluffy
Divide the coconut slushy mixture into 2 cups and pour the cold coffee over.
