Frozen Coconut Coffee

What you will need:
4 tbsp ground Vietnamese coffee
1 cup hot water
6 tbps coconut cream
5 tbps condensed milk
2 cups of ice
Let's do this!
- Start by brewing a strong cup of Vietnamese coffee with a Phin or other method
- Chill the coffee in the fridge before making the coconut slushy. (TIP: Shaken quickly with ice and pour out - be careful not to dilute the coffee, we want our coffee to be strong!)
- Combine the coconut cream, condensed milk, ice and blend until it is thick and fluffy
- Divide the coconut slushy mixture into 2 cups and pour the cold coffee over.
