Please note that we currently only offer domestic shipping within the contiguous United States. Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
To ensure a smooth and transparent shipping experience, please read our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping for non print-on-demand products (coffee, glasses, Phin etc.)

Our U.S. shipping and handling options include Standard Shipping, and Express (3-4 Business days) Shipping. To ensure the prompt delivery of your order, we recommend that you place your order by 2 PM EST.

Orders placed AFTER 2 P.M. EST Monday-Friday and on weekends will be processed on the following business day (business day refers to Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are currently not available.

All orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

Standard Shipping for Orders Under $50

Orders of $49.99 or less will be shipped at a flat rate of $4.90 for Shipping and Handling Charges.

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday-Friday, not including Holidays). Gift cards, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply.

Free Standard Shipping for Orders Over $50

To be eligible for standard free shipping, the order value must be $50 or more.

Qualifying amount must be met AFTER any promotion or discount is applied.

Gift cards, packaging, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement.

Additional charges apply if you choose another shipping option (Express Shipping).

Express (3-4 Business Days) Shipping

Orders of $49.99 or less will be shipped at a flat rate of $6.90 for Shipping and Handling Charges.

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to four (4) business days (Monday-Friday, not including Holidays). Gift cards, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply.

Free Express (3-4 Business Days) Shipping for Orders Over $75

To be eligible for express free shipping, the order value must be $75 or more.

Qualifying amount must be met AFTER any promotion or discount is applied.

Gift cards, packaging, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement.

2. Shipping for print-on-demand products (sublimation mugs and printed T-shirts)

Print on-demand products will be ship separately from your non print-on-demand order. Unfortunately, we are currently not supporting express shipping for these products. Your non print-on-demand products will be ship with the shipping method and date you chose when making orders, and the print on demand products will be shipped separately in standard shipping method below.

Delivery Time

Each product is made-to-order, which means we start production as soon as your order is received. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected.
Generally, you can expect your package to arrive within 8-11 business days. However, please allow for possible delays during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer standard shipping for all our print-on-demand products. Shipping costs are calculated based of the amount of your order. Orders of $49.99 or less will be shipped at a flat rate of $4.90 for Shipping and Handling Charges. The shipping fee will be displayed at the checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your package and estimated delivery date.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated in the carrier's system.
