Coffee bean and ground coffee

  • Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the items arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
  • If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support within 7 of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue and arranging a replacement or refund if necessary.

Coffee Glasses and phin

We offer returns for Coffee Glasses and phin. If you would like to return, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the products arrived damaged.

If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support within 7 of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue and arranging a replacement or refund if necessary.

General Return Process:

  • If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.
  • Please ensure that the returned products are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
  • The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the products arrived damaged.
  • We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance to ensure the safe return of the products.
  • Please include the return authorization number (RMA) provided by our customer support team on the return package.
  • Once we receive the returned products and confirm their eligibility, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchange:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Additional processing and shipping times may apply. Please review our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

For print-on-demand products (sublimation mugs, printed shirts, etc.) 

  • Due to the customized nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged, or if there was an error on our part.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support within 7 of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible! 
  • Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Please note that requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new custom product will be required. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Please review our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
  • We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter, as we strive to maintain the integrity and uniqueness of each individual piece.
